Were currently seeking a friendly detail-oriented and trustworthy Front Desk & Administrative Specialist to be the welcoming face of our Dallas office and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a well-run front office enjoys interacting with customers and vendors and is comfortable juggling reception duties alongside broader administrative support. Any experience handling in-office IT support or helping manage an IT ticketing system is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as receptionist greet visitors answer phones and direct phone traffic
- Collect and sort daily mail
- Keep track of and order office supplies and consumables ensuring the office is always well-stocked and tidy
- Assist in booking travel for staff and executives
- Assist in booking meals and catering for meetings and company events
- Coordinate with building management on maintenance issues
- Assist in planning and running company events
- Assist in monitoring and directing incoming departmental requests
- Assist in other data collection and reporting as assigned
- Assist assigned department with administrative duties that may include mailing compliance scheduling or other assigned tasks
- Direct assignments of recurring reporting such as receivables collections POs etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years experience in administrative or support roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn proprietary systems (EMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Dependability flexibility and professionalism in high-trust high-responsibility settings
- Embodiment of a Warriors Spirit and a Servants Heart in daily work
