Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable organized and detail-oriented Administrative Processing Specialist to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily business operations through document processing data entry record maintenance administrative coordination and general office support.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Processing

  • Follow established procedures for handling routine requests.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance
  • Enter and update information in spreadsheets databases and internal systems.

  • Review data for obvious errors inconsistencies or missing information.

  • Maintain accurate and current digital records.

  • Transfer information from approved source documents into company systems.

  • Correct routine errors when authorized.

  • Perform basic quality-control checks.

  • Update tracking sheets contact lists and administrative logs.

  • Follow established data-entry and recordkeeping procedures.

Document Management
  • Create and maintain organized electronic filing systems.

  • Upload label categorize and archive digital documents.

  • Apply established file-naming and storage procedures.

  • Maintain document indexes and tracking records.

  • Retrieve authorized documents when requested.

  • Organize forms templates procedures and reference materials.

  • Ensure records are stored in appropriate locations.

  • Handle confidential documentation responsibly.

Administrative & Operations Support
  • Provide routine administrative support to managers and team members.

  • Prepare and update spreadsheets trackers and basic reports.

  • Assist with general clerical and operational assignments.

  • Monitor shared inboxes or communication channels when assigned.

  • Route routine requests to appropriate departments.

  • Track deadlines outstanding requests and action items.
