This part-time position averages about 25 hours per week. As The Classic Center Cultural Foundation Administrative Assistant youll provide essential clerical administrative and marketing support manage purchase orders and invoicing assist with member services and help coordinate events marketing and communications.


What Youll Do:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and support the Executive Director.
  • Serve as a point of contact for members and internal teams.
  • Support the Cultural Foundations social media efforts by collecting content coordinating updates creating and publishing posts and promoting programs events and community initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Maintain records assist with marketing and help with budget and billing.

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or entertainment studies a plus.
  • Administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
