Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for the Crossett Area team in Weyerhaeusers Southern Timberlands Business North Louisiana/Arkansas Region. This position reports directly to the Area Manager and is based at our Timberlands office in Crossett AR.

- Direct support to the Crossett Area Manager to help facilitate efficient operations
- Vendor administration: contract updates and maintenance processing invoices system entries and various business tasks
- Provide day-to-day support for general business functions within the Crossett Area team
- General office functions: contract and file maintenance coordinating visits scheduling and tracking required training reconciliation of timber settlements and processing of invoices for various expenses at both the Area and Region level.
- Basic Administrative Support of Building Tenants: Serve as office contact for contracted services and building maintenance greet and direct visitors administer and coordinate shipped/received parcels and daily mail coordinate and maintain office safety equipment and general office supplies scheduling which may include room reservations meals and logistics
- Serves as safety role model which may include leading and/or assisting in organizing safety workshops maintaining safety records and being an active member of the Region Safety Council
Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
- AAS degree in Office Administration or higher strongly preferred
- Energetic positive and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to learn new tasks
- Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Desire to provide superior customer service
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite with ability to learn company specific programs
- SharePoint experience preferred
- Strong desire to work effectively in a team environment and learn the overall business
- Strong work ethic with excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
- General knowledge of sound office practices
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues with minimal direction
What We Offer...
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $50120- $74108 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours
