Duties

Coordinates office operations ensuring smooth daily functioning and timely execution of administrative project/program internal and external communications including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records. Assists with event planning travel arrangements and office supplies SAA assets; tracks expenses preparing regular financial reports for management and monitors a variety of sensitive and confidential personnel actions and duties as assigned.

    • 23 years of administrative experience.

    Required Special Skills/ Knowledge

    • In keeping with the policy of conflicts of interest relatives of Sergeant at Arms employees are not eligible to work in the Human Resources Office.

    Working Conditions

    • Work is performed in an office environment within the SAA standard hours of operation.
    • Requires sitting for extended periods with occasional walking or standing.
    • Lifting light office supplies may be required.
    Education

    High School Diploma/GED.
