- Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Job Duties:
- Processesroutinepaperworkand/orentersdataintoadepartmentlogordatabaseintheservicing ofacustomer.
- Preparesindexesandscansdocumentsintoimagingsystem;mayensurequalityofscanned images. Preparesrequisitionsforthepurchaseofsupplies;mayinvolveenteringinformationintoan automatedsystem.
- Receivesstoresanddistributessupplies;maintainsinventoryofsuch.
- Compilesinformationfromvarioussourcesandpreparesspecializedreports;formatsreports accordingtodepartmentstandards.
- Servesasclericalassistanttoamanagerwhichcouldincludekeepingappointmentschedule preparingtravelissuingdirectivestoothersontheirbehalfandrelievingthemanagerof administrativematters.
- Maybeginperformingdutiesrelatedtotraditionaladministrativefunctionssuchasproperty controlpurchasingandsafetyinadditiontootherclericaldutiesasnotedabove.
- Serves as receptionist for the assigned work unit.
