This position is essential to the daily operations of the Deans Office and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior academic leaders while helping create a positive experience for the entire Spears community.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently while building strong relationships across campus. This individual excels at managing multiple projects coordinating successful events and delivering outstanding administrative support in a dynamic academic environment.

Required Qualifications
  • High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • 7 years related professional experience.

Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors Business related field
  • Three to Five years experience in higher education. Prior experience with Banner Student.

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

  • Proficient with Microsoft programs (Excel Word and Powerpoint).
  • Ability to present a calm welcoming demeanor to all visitors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to compose error-free correspondence.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage activities with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
