Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Extract Wellness you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Managing the companys filing systems and databases.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls.
  • Preparing and editing documents reports and presentations.
  • Assisting with the organization of meetings events and appointments.
  • Supporting the HR department with employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
