As an Administrative Assistant at Extract Wellness you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Managing the companys filing systems and databases.
Handling incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls.
Preparing and editing documents reports and presentations.
Assisting with the organization of meetings events and appointments.
Supporting the HR department with employee onboarding and documentation.
Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
