Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Community Relations & Executive Operations provides comprehensive administrative organizational and project support to advance the hospitals community engagement communication fundraising executive operations and special event initiatives. This position serves as a key coordinator for department activities assisting with calendar management correspondence meeting and event logistics door and sponsorship tracking community outreach efforts executive office support and project coordination.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in secretarial support position or related field.

Preferred:

• Associates degree in Secretarial Science or in Communications Marketing Business Administration or a related.
