Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Additional post high school course work in related field is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional attitude during stressful situations.
- Proven work record and desire to work cooperatively positively and with a customer service attitude with district personnel community and parents. Ability to work independently in an open environment with a team attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and willingness to learn new programs.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Word Power School and AS400 required. Advanced Excel strongly preferred.
- Pleasant and professional phone manners essential.
- Proficiency test(s) will be required.
- Good attendance record required.
- Additional duties may be assigned by administrators.
Description:
- Provides various clerical services to support stakeholders with their school enrollments.
- Maintains accurate data and documentation for stakeholders during the enrollment process.
- Attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Continual communication with stakeholders during the enrollment process via phone email and in-person.
- Works closely with buildings and Pupil Accounting to complete the enrollment process with stakeholders.
- Classification III - 52 weeks - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Administrative Assistant to Centralized Registration.
- The district supports promotion of internal candidates.
