Job Summary:

Were looking for a motivated and adaptable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This means youll start as a temporary team member giving both you and us the chance to ensure its a great fit. If things go well theres a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English a MUST) entry-level administrative assistant needed for a leading company in the recycling industry. You will be responsible for:
  • Processing paperwork data entry
  • Collecting payments
  • Performing clerical tasks to support daily operations
  • Answering the phone
  • Special assignments as needed

The Path Forward

This role begins as a temporary position for approximately 3-6 months. Must pass the following screenings: drug criminal background check and employment verification. Upon successful performance and mutual agreement youll have the opportunity to join our team as a full-time employee with access to our full benefits package including medical benefits paid vacation paid holidays and 401 (k). Hours are 9am-5pm.
