SunSoftOnline is hiring Administrative Assistants for an Arizona state agencys disability services division five positions closing Tuesday August 18.

The work (from the posting): switchboard and front-desk duties answering directing and transferring calls visitor check-in messages records;

scheduling consultative examinations for claimants including follow-up calls; locating doctors near claimants assembling and mailing exam packets faxing paperwork; responding to inquiries from claimants attorneys doctors and hospitals on claim status; mailing transportation assistance such as bus passes; tracking daily assignments in a tracking system; case development activities requiring analysis and judgment.

Must have: customer service (internal/external)

scheduling or front-desk experience
computer skills.
