Administrative Assistant Role: The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and provide administrative support to the entire office team in a fast-paced CPA firm environment. This Administrative Assistant role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented dependable organized and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally while taking accurate messages Drafting and sending client communications with professionalism and attention to detail Managing the mailing of confidential and sensitive documents securely and on time Entering updating and maintaining accurate data within Excel and internal systems Cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness Supporting receivables deposits and administrative workflows Maintaining organized files records and office documentation Ensuring office supplies are stocked and coordinating ordering as needed Providing administrative support to multiple team members across the office Working independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
