Provides administrative support to program staff under the supervision of program management. Assists with tasks to ensure the program runs efficiently.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. College business or secretarial school training preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years of experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office Products
One year of experience with administrative tasks required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides administrative services to support the operations and objectives of the program
2. Assists with projects delegated by the Program Director and/or Senior Director and Management team
3. Gather and disseminates information for reporting purposes
4. Assists with tracking grant reporting within program
5. Maintains confidentiality requirements
6. Assist with outreach and follow up through phone calls and written correspondence
7. Updates program activities and schedules as needed
8. Organizes meetings prepares agendas records minutes and shares key communications with the broader program team
9. Participates in staff meetings community meetings and other staff and program group activities that support the operation of an effective program.
10. Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
11. Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
12. Ability to cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths views and experiences. A Culture that makes better decisions drives innovation and delivers better business results.
13. Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines.
