Guided by our values Dream Big Better Together and Integrity Counts we push boundaries support one another and do the right youre ready to grow be challenged and actually enjoy the team youre on REDW is the place to do it!Please note: This position is on-site in Phoenix 5 days a week Administrative Assistant (Phoenix AZ)What Youll DoAnswering Phones: Efficiently manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy serving as the first point of contact for the organization by screening routing and providing basic Correspondence: Draft format edit and proofread a wide array of business documents including emails PowerPoint presentations and general office Interaction Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for internal clients regarding administrative processes ensuring high-quality control and efficient record Engagement Management: Assist with the setup of client engagement activities such as initiating new client research/acceptance completing due diligence forms managing CRM data entries coordinating engagement codes and arranging electronic and Event Coordination: Facilitate the planning and execution of internal meetings and events ensuring all logistical details are handled of Client Deliverables: Support the creation of client-facing materials like reports proposals and agreements ensuring timely and accurate Management: Assist with timekeeping and expense reporting for assigned teams maintaining accurate and External Liaison: Coordinate communications with clients and staff screening calls and facilitating client service interactions and providing diligent Support: Participate in the training of new administrative staff providing guidance and answering procedural -Up Office Support: Offer back-up assistance to Office Services as necessaryAd-Hoc Duties: Take on additional responsibilities and engage in special projects as directed by management. What You BringHigh school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar administrative for overtime as needed during busy to travel approximately <5%. What Sets You ApartStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize written and verbal communication in Microsoft 365 with office management procedures and basic accounting attitude and to work independently and as part of a team.
