We are currently seeking a limited-term full-time Administrative Assistant at our Tomahawk office location. This is considered an entry-level position although previous professional experience is helpful.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This position resides in our Finance Administration and Marketing Department and will support daily operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drafting and mailing letters
- Greeting clients and vendors
- Assisting in the production of professional reports
- Using customized computer databases
- Ordering and stocking supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning and filing documents
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records
- Buildings and grounds projects
- Department administrative support
- Appraisal document support
- Special projects
- Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT
At Steigerwaldt we offer a Remote-Friendly Hybrid Work Model for our staff. Due to the nature of the
of the responsibilities of this position the Administrative Assistant position is considered a resident or office-based
position with remote work possible upon approval from the supervisor. The position 100 percent office work.
COMPENSATION
Wage commensurate with experience.
