Job Summary
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Los Angeles CA 90017
Duration: 12 Months Extensions
Pay Rate: $29/Hr on W2 without benefits.
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative clerical and organizational support to senior executives and teams within the Coverage and Capital Markets vertical with primary support for the Latin America Asia and Canada divisions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations effective communication and coordination across regions and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings across multiple time zones and coordinate internal and external appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare edit and format correspondence reports presentations and other materials for internal and external use.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries visas where applicable and expense reporting in accordance with firm policies.
- Support planning and execution of meetings events and offsites including logistics and materials preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counterparties ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed to support business operations and team effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Prior experience in a financial institution or professional services environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting senior executives and/or teams within fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage competing priorities across regions
