Additional Responsibilities: This role supports housing programs grant activities and daily facilities operations through application processing inspections meeting coordination recordkeeping work order tracking and administrative support for the Facilities Director.
Qualifications Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of administrative experience supporting leadership required.
Experience providing professional customer service; housing tenant/landlord or property management experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and maintain positive working relationships.
Ability to sit stand and move throughout the workday; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Drivers license and the ability to be insured on CVTCs vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.
Hiring Preferences: As allowed in P.L. 93-638 preference for employment will be given to Alaska Native and American Indian peoples. CVTC also applies family and local hiring preferences.
