Springfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) located in Springfield MAis part of Acadia Healthcares Comprehensive Treatment Centersthe nations leader in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a continuum of care that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and mobile treatment units. Our approach to holistic addiction care extends beyond clinical treatment incorporating recovery coaching community outreach and partnerships to ensure patients receive comprehensive patient-centered support.

Your Job as an Office Assistant:

The Administrative Support role will perform various administrative functions assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic. Responsibilities may include answering telephones bookkeeping typing or word processing office machine operation and filing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic.
  • May include a combination of answering telephones billing typing or word processing office machine operation and filing.
  • Operate the front desk duties during peak hours or when primary staff in unavailable.
  • Sort organize and maintain office records.
  • Assist with new patient enrollments as necessary.
  • Assist with various insurance/billing reports as necessary.
  • May assist with patient drug testing procedures; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation for roles at Springfield CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location role skill set and level of experience. SpringfieldCTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensationfor roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
  • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
  • Create spreadsheets manage databases and prepare presentations reports and documents as needed.
  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
  • May cover the reception desk when .
  • Calendar management schedule appointments update calendars and arrange staff meetings

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree preferred.
