IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Havre MT to provide administrative support for assigned engineering teams and complete day-to-day administrative tasks. This role also uses and reviews IMEG standard document templates.

You will work within the teams monetary budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.

What Youll Do

• Follow and promote IMEG Standards.

• Assist assigned and other teams as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality of project client corporate and employee matters.

• Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines.

• Attend and actively contribute to group meetings.

• Answer phones as needed.

• Arrange team and office meetings and travel as needed.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as needed.

What Youll Bring

Required Education

• High School Diploma/GED required

Experience

• No experience required 1 year experience with engineering administration preferred

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work with staff of all levels

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word Excel and Outlook

• Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude

• Team player but also able to work on own initiative

• Self-motivated and flexible

Preferred

• Associate Degree preferred

• Survey-driven civil team across Montana and northern Minnesota with strong tribal and public-works work

• Tribal infrastructure for Fort Peck Red Lake and Crow Tribe including road realignment and transit facilities

• Water system improvements roadway design and wetland delineation for county and municipal clients

• Recent work includes Fort Peck Milk River Road Realignment Transportation; Crow Transit Building Government; and Havre Water System Improvements Water/Wastewater.
