Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Administrative Assistant (Full-time) we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our Boston Community Based services teams and families served!

Who We Are:

Metro Boston Community Based Servicesis a strong grouping of JRI teams helping provide mental health treatment and guidance to youth parents families and the community.

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $45000to $60000per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure program specific budget parameters certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with mailings and administrative projects

  • Assist in creating and sustaining office organizational systems etc.

  • Maintain data entry and tracking systems as assigned.

  • This includes documentation on benefits workers compensation FMLA background checks references I-9.
  • Responsible for management of areas of daily functioning of program supplies and communication.
  • Maintain positive communication with the Program Director and Administrative team.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.รข
  • This role is 100% on site Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm no remote options.
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encourage to apply.
  • Office support and human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of office administration human resource management policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very effective organizational skills time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills (data input excel/spreadsheets and ability to learn program specific computer programs) Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.
