- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones faxing copying filing and entering statistical data.
- Draft and edit reports correspondence and documents as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and maintaining office calendars.
- Support senior managers with various administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory including ordering coordinating deliveries and managing vendor contracts for all sites.
- Maintain office equipment such as phones copy machines and postage systems.
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
- Connect clients with appropriate New Hope services and provide resource referrals.
- Manage agency donations and coordinate donor communications.
- Assist in preparing and assembling grant applications contracts and renewals in compliance with funding source requirements.
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow reporting procedures or expenditures.
- Related responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access); experience with Raisers Edge is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
