- Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Job Duties:
Position-Specific Details:- Provides administrative support to the Youth Facility Assistant Director and supervisory staff.
- Manages office communications by answering screening and directing calls and responding to routine inquiries.
- Performs clerical functions including data entry filing scanning copying faxing and records management.
- Maintains reports and correspondence related to assigned projects and administrative activities.
- Supports purchasing processes by preparing purchase orders and tracking related documentation.
- Assists with special projects and administrative assignments to support facility operations.
- Participates in staff meetings trainings and other activities while performing additional duties as assigned
Work Location:This vacancy is located at the Swanson Center for Youth in Monroe Louisiana.
Appointment Type: Full time Probational
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Compensation: $15.76 - $27.01 hourly
The incumbent of this position must not have been convicted or pled nolo contendere to a crime listed in R.S. 15:587.1 (c)
