Job Summary
- Provide instruction and student supervision in assigned laboratory and classroom settings.
- Evaluate student performance and submit accurate timely records of grades and attendance.
- Comply with Institutional College and Department policies and procedures.
- Masters degree in Athletic Training Sports Medicine Exercise Science Kinesiology or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sports medicine injury prevention evaluation emergency care rehabilitation and/or related areas.
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor undergraduate students.
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Current Board of Certification (BOC) certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Current or eligibility for Florida Athletic Training licensure.
- Previous college/university teaching experience.
- Clinical experience in athletic training or sports medicine.
