Position Highlights	The School of Landscape Architecture and Planning invites applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Urban Planning and/or Real Estate Development. We are seeking qualified candidates who can work with students colleagues and individuals who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. This is a part-time non-tenure track position. The duties include teaching one to two courses per semester online in-person or both. Duties & Responsibilities	Teach one to two courses per semester. Prepare syllabi and course assignments. Deliver classroom lectures and instructional activities. Create grade and critique student assignments. Prepare and grade exams. Evaluate overall student performance in the course. Participate in relevant department faculty meetings as appropriate. Additional duties may be assigned. Knowledge Skills andAbilities Ability to work with various students andcolleagues.
Minimum Qualifications	Masters or doctoral degree in Urban Planning Real Estate Development or a related field. Experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications	Experience managing web-based and remote learning environments. Successful college or university teaching experience.
