Department Summary
The Department of Management provides quality Management education leading to baccalaureate masters and doctoral degrees. The department also conducts relevant basic and applied research engages in instructional development and provides professional expertise and service to the departments constituent communities. We believe in the importance of teaching supported by intellectual contributions and service.
UNT has a highly diverse campus with a wide range of languages spoken in addition to English. We welcome candidates who have experience with HSI/MSIs and/or who speak Spanish Vietnamese American Sign Language Chinese (Cantonese Mandarin and other variations) Arabic Tagalog Farsi French or/and Yoruba.
Position Overview
The Department of Management seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool for Fall 2026 Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 and welcomes applicants at any time. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and opening to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis depending on department teaching needs.
Ability to teach on the Frisco campus and online is valued.
The anticipated needs: International Management Strategic Management Entrepreneurship Organizational Behavior Leadership and Human Resource Management.
Minimum Qualifications
A masters degree in the discipline or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses(s).
Preferred Qualifications
Terminal degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution to teach MBA courses; an MBA or closely related field to teach undergraduate course.
