As an Adjunct Instructor youll bring your real-world expertise into the classroom lab and clinical settings guiding students toward certification career readiness and excellence in patient safety. Key Responsibilities Teach & Inspire Deliver engaging instruction aligned with CSP standards ( HSPA / CBSPD ) Develop lesson plans and assess student learning through exams and hands-on evaluations Lead in the Lab Demonstrate sterile processing techniques (decontamination assembly sterilization storage) Supervise lab activities and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols Provide timely constructive feedback on student performance Oversee Clinical Learning Coordinate and monitor student clinical placements Partner with healthcare facilities and clinical staff Evaluate student progress and ensure compliance with professional standards Support the Program Contribute to curriculum updates program improvement and accreditation efforts Mentor and advise students on academic and career success Stay current with industry trends technology and regulations
