It is a private institution nestled in a rural setting with a campus size of 1200 acres. Job Description: The Department of Health and Human Performance is seeking to add to our adjunct pool to teach courses serving the undergraduate Exercise Science and Health Science programs. These are in-person positions for the 2025-2026 academic year on the Norwich University campus located in Northfield Vermont. Adjunct faculty teach part-time on a course-by-course basis. Assignments are dependent on pending student enrollment program needs and expertise of the particular we are seeking candidates with expertise in emergency planning/response or in healthcare leadership and management. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching student retentionand recruitment. Salary is based on number of credits assigned. Requirements: A terminal degree in an appropriate health care or exercise performance field is preferred; a Masters degree in an appropriate health care or exercise performance field accompanied by 5 years of active professional practice will be considered. Instructor certification through the American Red Cross to teach CPR is desired.
