About this Position

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position will facilitate learning for the Electrical Construction program for courses located in Tulsa OK. Courses are based on DC & AC circuit analysis introduction to electrical trades basic electrical wiring methods and alternative energy.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree in Electrical Construction technologies from an accredited university or college or certification from an industry recognized technical training program.
  • Other combinations of education and industry experience may be substituted for degree/certification requirements.

Experience:

  • Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
  • Five years of evidenced Electrical Construction experience.
  • Teaching experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies.

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

Licensure/Certification:

  • Valid Oklahoma drivers license.
  • Electrical Journeyman license.
  • Preference given to an individual that is authorized to teach OSHA-30 general industry.

  • Ability to plan organize and fulfill complex initiatives.
  • Computer skills to include electronic communications word processing and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
