Job Summary:

Currently looking for an instructor responsible for providing clinical instruction (including supervision and evaluation) in adult health nursing.

Also looking for coverage for other clinical specialty areas for summer fall and spring semesters including family pediatric mental health and critical care. Enthusiasm for and the ability to teach in the clinical setting is essential.



Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Must have a minimum of a masters degree in nursing or progressing in program of study
  2. Current unencumbered professional nurse licensure in MN and ND
  3. Practice experience in medical/surgical nursing
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team member are essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Applicants who have completed a masters degree are preferred.
  2. A philosophy in sympathy with the aims and objectives of a liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

  • Salary Compensation typically ranges from $997 to $5530 per course depending on academic qualifications course credit load and enrollment. Courses with low
    enrollment may be subject to reduced compensation in accordance with the Colleges adjunct compensation guidelines.

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education experience skills certifications and alignment with the positions requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
