Job Summary
$19 - $21.50/hour Full-Time
The Residence at Gramercy CIMA Senior Living Lincoln NE
Earn $19 to $21.50/hour with credit for experience leading the outings events and daily programs our residents look forward to. Weekday daytime hours full benefits and youll hear back within 48 hours.
The Residence at Gramercy is an assisted living and memory care community in Lincoln NE operated by CIMA Senior Living. As Activity Director you run the calendar that shapes our residents days from music and games to trips around town.
What Youll Do
- Plan and lead daily activities events celebrations and outings
- Drive the community van or bus for trips and help residents during outings
- Create the monthly activity calendar and resident newsletter
- Spend one-on-one time with residents who need extra connection
- Use resident surveys and feedback to shape the program
- Work with care dining and other teams so each day runs smoothly
- Help with community tours and local outreach from time to time
What Youll Need
Required:
- Valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the communitys insurance requirements
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience in assisted living memory care or activities
- Experience planning events or leading groups
Pay and Benefits
- $19.00 to $21.50 per hour based on experience

Schedule
- Full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Rotating weekends
