Encouraging resident socialization improving daily living skills expanding personal interests increasing physical activity and education. Making every effort to maintain and expand the lifestyle of all the of ResponsibilityAssist the Lifestyle Director in conducting and coordinating scheduled activities seven days a week for all the residents at the in preparing the monthly Lifestyle calendar posting the calendar and distributing it to all and support monthly resident council meetings and other resident meetings as directed by the Lifestyle the Lifestyle Director in contacting appropriate community groups and volunteers to perform specific activities and to assist in the Lifestyle in scheduling transportation for residents. Must have positive Criminal Background Screening. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company Fleet Safety standards. Driving is an essential function of this position and a condition of employment. Associates in this role are required to meet and maintain Company driving eligibility and insurability requirements to perform assigned job reviews will be conducted at hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with Company policy.
