• Build Community: Plan and lead parties educational programs cultural events workshops and outings.

• Connect with Residents: Learn residents stories interests and preferences through meaningful one-on-one time.

• Support Technology: Assist with tablets personal devices presentations audiovisual equipment and interactive experiences.

• Set Up Events: Safely arrange furniture equipment and supplies for community activities.

• Collaborate: Partner with culinary care and operations teams to create successful events.

• Multitask: Balance event logistics resident engagement and changing priorities with energy and flexibility.

• Energetic & Creative: Passionate about enriching the lives of older adults.

• Adaptable & Team-Oriented: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-Savvy: Confident with everyday technology and event equipment.

• Physically Capable: Able to safely lift push and rearrange furniture and equipment.

• Strong Communicator: Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while connecting with residents.

• Requirements: Must pass required background checks and health screenings.
