What Youll Do

• Underwrite new investment opportunities and analyze financial data to assess real estate acquisitions.
• Manage projects and transactions throughout the acquisition process.
• Create compelling presentations investment memos and reports using tools such as PowerPoint or Tableau.
• Conduct market analysis and research to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets property management and regional development teams.
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate the performance and potential of investment opportunities.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Economics or related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate markets investment strategies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint Tableau or similar software for creating presentations and reports.
