Acquisition Management Support

Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Sr.Acquisition Support Managerthat leads acquisition planning and execution support including development of PWSs and IGCEs evaluation of task order proposals and oversight of task order execution funding and milestones.

****Contingent Upon Contract Award****

• Draft and refine acquisition documents including Performance Work Statements (PWS) Statements of Objectives (SOO) and related artifacts.
• Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and support cost/price reasonableness assessments.
• Support evaluation of task order proposals including technical management and cost factors.
• Monitor task order execution track funding allocations and support real-time execution decisions.
• Support administrative management and lifecycle milestone reviews for ongoing contracts.
• Produce the monthly Acquisition Posture Report documenting progress on contracting actions.

MinimumExperience:

Citizenship:Must be a US citizen
Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
Education / Years of Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Acquisition or related field.
• 8 years of experience in government or defense acquisition contracts management or program management.
• Strong knowledge of DoD/IC acquisition processes FAR/DFARS and task order management.
• Experience developing PWSs IGCEs and evaluation criteria for competitive procurements.
• Proven ability to track funding execution status and contract performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DAWIA/DAU or equivalent acquisition certifications (e.g. Contracting Program Management or Financial Management).
• Experience supporting R&D and production contracts in intelligence or advanced technology programs.
• Familiarity with NASIC acquisition needs and processes.
• Experience with PPBE and integration of acquisition planning with budget processes.
