Job Summary
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Location: Summit NJ
Job Duration: 7 Months
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Process customer invoices/credit memos on a daily basis.
2. Issue monthly customers statement of account.
3. Apply daily customer remittances against open receivables.
4. Reconcile monthly cash collections to bank statements.
5. Pursue overdue remittances from customers.
6. Process customer returns for credit.
7. Process wholesaler/distributor charge back requests.
8. Address all internal and external customer inquiries in a timely professional and effective manner.
9. Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting as necessary for current business support.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
2 to 3 years Accounts Receivable experience. Strong telecommunications skills. Strong personal computer skills. Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry & Oracle financial system strongly preferred.
Spanish knowledge is a plus.
