Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for an immediate opportunity with a growing Louisville organization. This full-time on-site contract role will support high-volume receivables customer account maintenance payment processing collections and reporting activities.

- Process cash check and credit card payments
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain account records
- Support accounts receivable billing and collections efforts
- Follow up on outstanding balances via phone and email
- Respond to customer account and payment inquiries
- Reconcile accounts and assist with reporting
- Support audit requests and maintain documentation
- Use Excel to analyze and track account activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Accounts receivable billing collections or cash application experience
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to reconciliations or general accounting functions
- Immediate start
