For more information visit to Corporate Finance Management for JB Poindexter & Co the Accounts Payable Specialist will oversee the day-to-day AP function responsible for the full AP cycle Job Functions:Process Invoices in a timely manner through Intellichief and JD Edwards:Check Invoices with Purchase Orders to Match invoices for coding and accuracy in the Invoice Amounts QTYs Item Description vendor payment Review and and Reconcile Received Not Voucher Month End Closing duties:Verify all Invoices are Unposted Batches and Reconcile AP Trade AP Epayables and AP with other Depts to resolve problems and discrepancies in invoices when with Vendors regarding issues when Vendor Maintenance to Address Book is routed to proper Corporate problems concerns and suggestions to Global AP Supervisor or Manager as to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as responsibilities as and Distribute invoice processing during annual physical inventory Accounts Payable Team Members when duties as Skills:Strong accounting organizing and collects information relevant to the problem. Uses brainstorming techniques to create a variety of choices. Selects the best course of action by identifying all the alternatives and then makes a logical timely decisions. Reaches out to team members for support on decision to maintain cooperative work to work overtime on short of computer operations related to JDE screens or other A/P systems. Strong accounting skills. Reading and math :Bachelors degree preferred3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with large ERP systems.
