Job Summary
Quadel is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 13 years of experience to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices reconciling accounts and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review verify and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Process HAP payments via check ACH or wire transfers
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Assist with month-end closing activities including preparing reports and journal entries
- Support audits by providing required documentation and information
QUALIFICATIONS
- 13 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas data entry reconciliation)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in affordable housing or property management accounting is a plus
