With 106 committed staff members TFHE now serves over 1050 students from the community neighborhoods of Mayfair Mt. Pleasant Sylvandale Santee and Alum Rock in East San Jose. TFHE operates three charter high schools.

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing accounts payable transactions and maintaining complete and accurate vendor records. This position supports the timely payment of invoices and other approved expenses for The Foundation for Hispanic Education and its three high schools: Latino College Preparatory Academy Luis Valdez Leadership Academy and Roberto Cruz Leadership Accounts Payable Processor reviews verifies codes and processes invoices and payment requests; reconciles vendor accounts and statements; maintains accurate documentation; and assists with resolving discrepancies. This position works closely with vendors school staff and other internal departments to ensure payments are processed accurately timely and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
