Are you organized detail-driven and ready to put your accounting skills to work Were hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk. If you enjoy keeping things in order working with numbers and collaborating with others in a fast-paced setting we would love for you to apply with us!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and issue timely payments to vendors

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues

• Reconcile statements and research discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and assist with month-end processes

• Support overall accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) QuickBooks and/or Sage)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Understanding of accounting principles (prior AP experience is a must)

• A positive professional attitude and the ability to work well on a team
