• Receive all incoming invoices (mail email and fax)
• Scan and verify invoices
• Process all invoices timely
• Assist to ensureon time payment of invoices
• Provide internal and external customer service
• Enter bank wirerequests
• Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges
• Gather and supportmonthly visa charges for employees
• Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices

• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
• Follow legal policies as directed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Mirosoft Office
• Oracle eBusiness Suite

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education.

• Accounts Payable Certification

This position requires you to sit stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
