This role offers hands-on experience in payroll operations administrative support and financial processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As an intern you will gain practical exposure to real-time payroll processing data entry and cross-functional office operations while contributing to meaningful work that supports our team members and business operations.

Assist with administrative tasks including record maintenance reporting and documentation

Requirements

Education

Incoming junior senior or graduate student with at least one semester remaining

Preferred majors: Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field

Experience

Previous work experience preferred; exposure to office payroll or administrative functions is a plus

Communication & Professional Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow processes policies and detailed instructions

Professional reliable and collaborative

Technical & Analytical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) required

Basic knowledge of financial or payroll systems (SAP exposure is a plus)

Strong data entry accuracy numerical aptitude and attention to detail

Work Hours

Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer

Must reside within a commutable distance (60 miles or less) unless relocation is provided
