What You Will Do;

• Lead and oversee financial reporting activities ensuring compliance with GAAP SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Prepare review and analyze financial statements account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and support compliance initiatives.
• Analyze financial results identify variances and provide recommendations and explanations to management.
• Support the development of annual operating plans forecasts and long-range financial planning activities.
• Coordinate accounting and reporting activities across multiple locations within the Americas Division.
• Supervise coach and develop accounting team members while managing workload priorities and performance.
• Champion process improvement efforts that increase efficiency enhance reporting quality and ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

What You Will Need Education;

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
• Masters degree in Accounting (MSA) preferred.
• CPA CMA and/or MBA certification preferred.

Skills Experience & Abilities:

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Account reconciliation and month-end close processes
• Knowledge of GAAP SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership coaching and employee development
• Process improvement and internal controls expertise
• Financial planning forecasting and budgeting
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.

• Experience supervising or leading accounting professionals preferred.
• Ability to prepare review and interpret financial statements and reports.
• Experience analyzing financial results and communicating findings to management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
• Experience working with confidential financial information.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders external auditors vendors banks and customers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 56%).
