General Description:

Job responsibilities:

Consistently delivers timely and accurate reports and information as needed

Process cattle lots as they arrive on site

Verify lot details for accuracy

Work with Harvest Floor scaler to move drives as necessary

Maintain SOX compliance when handling and storing lot details

Assist Accounting Supervisor with livestock reporting

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook CPS and a 10-key calculator are used daily. General computer knowledge effective communication skills & the ability to multi-task are required.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Minimum of 2 years accountingeducational experience or 3 years professional experience.

Microsoft Office proficient; Microsoft Excel knowledge mandatory

Some Weekend availability may be required

Ability to multi-task

Strong Attention to detail
