Applicants must be based in Denver or willing to relocate to Denver to work from the Denver office a minimum of three days a week. Role Responsibilities

• Manages the planning and direction of departmental activities related to general accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings profits cash balances and other financial results.
• Specifically responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the ledger accounts and financial statements in compliance with Company and GAAP standards.
• Formulates and directs the administration of approved accounting practices.
• Oversee the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs supporting the Finance organization.
• May participate in accounting projects.
• Responsible for managing people; hiring performance reviews and compensation decisions.
• Perform all duties inherent in a managerial role.
• Overseeing Opex and Capex accounting related to IT processes
• Overseeing Prepaid accounting
• Managing Blackline account reconciliation access and assignments
• Month end Balance sheet review reporting
• Partnering with various corporate and business departments

Role Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years financial accounting experience required.
• 2-5 years leadership experience required.
• CPA preferred.

Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications skills and competencies.
