Position Summary
GHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a well-established consumer goods organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations accounting activities and monthly close processes.
- Assist with annual budgeting financial planning forecasting and budget-to-actual reporting.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and operational reports to leadership.
- Supervise Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable billing and finance staff.
- Ensure monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with leadership on grant management reporting compliance and fund accounting activities.
- Recommend and implement financial system improvements internal controls and staff training initiatives.
