Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit credit card deposit update receivable ledger
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Prepare accounts payable checks
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Assist in processing car deals
• Process Dealer Trades by scanning to SS and making extra copy of incoming invoice for sales
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience a plus
• 2years of experience working in accounting role
• Accounting associate or bachelors degree a plus
• Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask
