The Accounting Associate supports key accounting functions including accounts payable vendor management financial recordkeeping and general administrative is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative mission-driven PayableReview code and process invoices and check accounts payable checks and respond to vendor and resolve invoice accurate vendor records including tax reporting information and contact tax-exempt documentation is current and provided to vendors as and maintain accounts payable files and SupportAssist with annual audits and other accounting financial documents for accuracy and compliance with agency year-end processing including 1099 preparation and employees with accounting-related questionsQualificationsAssociate or bachelors degree with at least 2 years of accounting-related experience orHigh School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of accounting-related with MIP accounting software (formerly Abila MIP) preferredLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
