Job Summary
Position Title: Accounting Analyst
Location: Providence RI USA.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Mode of Interview: Phone and Video
Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 remotes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field.
12 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Understanding basic accounting principles debits/credits and reconciliations.
Solid Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting a new ERP or financial system implementation (strongly preferred).
Federal grant accounting experience including 2 CFR 200 and federal financial reporting.
Familiarity with Workday EUNA (eCivis) and/or OpenGov.
Experience with Power BI for financial reporting and dashboards.
CPA preferred candidates actively pursuing certification (e.g. exam sections passed or in progress) are encouraged to apply.
